Lifetime

“Fifty Shades Freed” is a huge blockbuster movie. The music is composed by the best producers. “For You” is one of these epic songs, produced by three producers: Ali Payami (produced for The Weeknd, Ellie Goulding, Katy Perry, Tove Lo, etc.), Ali Tamposi (produced for Kelly Clarkson, Beyonce, etc.) and Andrew Watt (produced for Kygo, Selena Gomez, Avicii). This combined production experience together with the vocals of Liam Payne and Rita Ora is creating an epic song. I wish the brass section from 2:33 min. to 2:50 min. would keep repeating the same two notes during the moving chords “for a lifetime”: An excellent combination of a classical brass element with modern heavy kick sidechain beats.

It is inspiring cover artists as well, like in this great guitar cover by Adam Christopher & Kitty McBride.

This is another excellent saxophone cover version by Juozas Kuraitis.

Like I Do

My first David Guetta remix!!!! Enjoy my work for the Wavo Remix Contest of the David Guetta, Martin Garrix and Brooks song “Like I Do”. The hardest remix project so far. The stems contained only the vocals and a few chords, which I didn’t use. So the task was basically to produce the song from scratch, with only the vocals. Hope you like the result.
I’m very proud to announce another cooperation with Anna Davis for the beautiful title image. Make sure to check our her photography at www.instagram.com/anna_daviiis/ and http://soundoftravel.net!

DIY

Reinhard Mey is a legendary “Liedermacher” (songmaker) from Berlin. He got famous with his song “Über den Wolken”. In a TV show he re-used the chords of his famous song and wrote new lyrics about men in a DIY store: “Männer im Baumarkt”. So true. 🙂

This is his famous song “Über den Wolken”, performed in 1974 when the song was released.

House Of Cards

Enjoy my work for the Spinnin’ Records Remix Contest of the KSHMR feat. Sidnie Tipton song “House Of Cards”. The most challenging remix so far, it was quite difficult to bring the original 90/99/110 BPM up to speed (120 BPM). If you like the result please support my music with a vote at Spinnin’ Records:
